One-on-one Training
My pride and joy is my one-on-one training. It’s where I get to surprise clients by helping them achieve things they never thought possible. This is the cornerstone of my business and reputation, and I am committed to continually perfecting it.
As a transformation specialist, I design and implement advanced protocols for rapid and significant body composition changes. “Before” and “After” photos are my forte. I ensure clients get the results they deserve for their investment. A typical transformation process includes:
- Day 1: Body fat measurements using skinfold calipers, “before” pictures, a physical health assessment, and a diet plan designed to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
- I then create a custom training and diet plan to achieve your goals.
- We discuss any recommended supplements.
- We train together multiple times a week, intensely.
- Progress is tracked daily with food diaries, weekly with body fat measurements, and monthly with photographs. Every detail is meticulously planned, leaving nothing to chance.
- You will look and feel your best, and everyone goes home happy. Some of my best results have been achieved after 36 sessions
(12 weeks), but everything is customizable.
I offer an intense and comprehensive schedule to ensure your results. Every aspect of training is measured, planned, and logged. I don’t believe in just “doing exercise”; I focus on what truly makes a difference to your body and health. We aim to make you bulletproof, strengthening every structure in your body for optimal function. In the weight room, we sculpt the body you desire with purposeful exercises, reps, and sets. You will see yourself getting stronger and watch your body transform. I believe in real training, not superficial routines often seen on Instagram.

Online Coaching
My online coaching offers the same results as my face-to-face training for those unable to meet weekly.
Online training involves email communication to deliver programs and diets for body composition results.
We start with a consultation where I gather all the necessary information to better understand where you are right now, and what you want to get to. Then I send electronic workout programs and diet plans. We have weekly check-ins to monitor progress and make adjustments.
You get a fully personalized training plan and a diet plan based on your current body composition, aimed at achieving your desired body. I have a minimum sign up of 3 months and then a rolling monthly basis thereafter.
Online training requires self-motivation, organization, and discipline, but you receive unlimited support and guidance. Once you adapt to reporting your progress, your results will accelerate.
